HOW DO PAYMENTS & SHIPPING WORK
After adding your items to the cart, you can proceed to checkout. When you reach the payment options in the checkout process, simply click "Send Official Quote." We will return with an official quote within 24 hours, which includes calculated shipping and bank details for EFT transfer. Upon acceptance of our quotation, we will require a 50% deposit.
Manufacturing and delivery lead time may vary between 5 – 6 weeks, dependent on the weather and demand.
The outstanding balance of payment is required upon notification of delivery or collection.

HOW DOES THE ASSEMBLY WORK
You don’t have to worry about assembling the furniture as most pieces are pre-assembled for your convenience. However, some items like beds, wardrobes, drawers, etc., are partially assembled. All furniture items are supplied with the requisite components like plugs, screws, and mounting plates for wall mounting. We ensure that completing the assembly is a simple and easy-to-follow process.
